Manufacturing Facility & Capabilities

825 UST (4") Extrusion Press
Suitable for small and medium-sized profiles, with high dimensional accuracy and consistent production quality.
2400 UST (9") Extrusion Press
Suitable for larger and complex profiles, with the capability to manufacture heavy-duty industrial sections and high productivity and reliability.
Production Capability
Extrusion up to 300 mm profile width (depending upon profile geometry and section weight) and up to 12.2 m (40 ft) length. Solid, hollow and semi-hollow profiles, from simple to highly complex sections, developed to customer drawings and specifications.
Alloy Capabilities
Profiles in 6063, 6061, 6005 and other aluminium alloys as per customer requirements and application suitability, for architectural, industrial, electrical, automotive, engineering and renewable energy sectors.
In-House Die Manufacturing
A fully equipped in-house die manufacturing, repair and maintenance facility gives faster profile development, reduced tooling lead time, quick die corrections and complete control over die quality.
